Ghontika

Terms of use

These terms are between Sarotia, which provides Ghontika, and each school that uses it — including the school's staff who sign in.

The service

Sarotia provides Ghontika over the internet and works to keep it available and safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may be added or improved; a school is told before anything it uses is taken away.

The school's part

The school is responsible for what it records and for having the right to record it, for giving accounts only to its own staff, and for closing a person's account when they leave.

Accounts

Each person uses only their own account and keeps their password to themselves. A password someone else set must be changed at the first sign-in.

Fair use

Ghontika may not be used to send unwanted or misleading messages, to look at records one has no reason to see, or to try to break into the service.

Fees

Fees and the trial period are as agreed between Sarotia and the school. A price change is shown in the school's panel a month before it applies.

Data

A school's data belongs to the school. How it is kept is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

Sarotia may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
